After You Dessert Cafe is a Thai dessert chain established in 2007 and now a listed company with more than 24 Bangkok branches; the Siam Paragon outlet is on the mall's ground floor. The signature is the Shibuya Honey Toast, a thick block of buttered toast served hot with whipped cream and ice cream, with Chocolate Lava Cake and the Panookie as the other house names; in recent years the kakigori shaved ice, in flavours such as Thai milk tea and mango sticky rice, has become the item reviewers most often mention, praised for its fine, snow-like texture. Portions are large and sharing between two or three is usual. The shop is inside Siam Paragon at 991 Rama I Road, Pathum Wan, reached by the skybridge from BTS Siam into the mall's M floor.
