Ah Sang is an old-school fish ball noodle shop in a single shophouse on Worachak Road, opposite Wat Disanukaram, in the Khlong Thom side of the old town. The family business has moved over the decades, from Sampheng to Woeng Nakhon Kasem and then here, and it still makes its own fish balls, fish dumplings and fried fish cake. The bowls are simple and old-fashioned: noodles, fish balls, greens, preserved cabbage, crispy garlic and pork crackling in a clear, mild broth you season yourself. Regulars order the dry egg noodles, the thin rice noodles and kiam i rolled noodles. A bowl costs about 60 to 70 baht. There is no sign out front, no air conditioning and only street parking, so it suits a quick bowl rather than a long meal. It opens daily from 11:00 to 21:00.
Rating from public reviews

Regulars rave about the firm, bouncy handmade fish balls, the large fish dumplings and the clean, comforting broth.
It is a bare, un-air-conditioned shophouse with no parking, and a few diners feel prices are a little high for the portion.
