Bokkia Tha Din Daeng
323 Tha Din Daeng Road, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600 (at the entrance of Tha Din Daeng Market)
Daily 15:00-19:00 (hours vary, call ahead)

Bokkia Tha Din Daeng is a tiny family-run Teochew dessert shop at the entrance of Tha Din Daeng Market in Khlong San, with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand (first named in 2021, again in the 2026 guide). Its bokkia is shaved ice over chewy egg noodles with a light syrup, refreshing and not too sweet, topped with your pick of young coconut, jackfruit, red beans, sweet corn, lotus seeds, grass jelly, candied sweet potato and sticky rice dumplings. A bowl costs well under 100 baht. Write your order and name on a slip at the front and wait to be called; there are fewer than ten seats and many people take it away. It usually sells from about 15:00 to 19:00, the queue starts before opening, and hours change and it sometimes closes, so call before you go.
