Regulars come for stacks of buttery pancakes with maple syrup, three-egg omelettes, eggs with crispy bacon, country potatoes and Texas toast, French toast, poutine and refillable drip coffee, plus smoothies and homemade cakes. Portions are big, and staff greet guests with a cheerful good morning at any hour. The entrance is easy to miss: walk through the bar's white double doors and take the stairs at the back.
