Canopy Bangkok Sukhumvit is the first Southeast Asian hotel of Hilton's Canopy brand. Business Traveller gave its opening date as 1 August 2026, and Hilton announced on 4 August that it had opened. It sits at 98 Sukhumvit Soi 12 in Khlong Toei, about a six minute walk from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations, with Terminal 21 close by. The eight-storey building has 174 rooms, a rooftop pool and a bronze facade inspired by vintage film cameras, a nod to the old Sri Krung Sound Film Studio nearby. The lobby, Cante and Luso were designed by the studio AvroKO, and a blue Paa Khram cloth canopy hangs above each bed. For visitors who are not staying, the draw is the food and drink: Cante, a Spanish fire grill and taberna; SoolHaus, a Korean-inspired cocktail bar; Luso, an all-day cafe with Bangkok-roasted coffee and Thai teas; and Glint, the rooftop pool bar. The developer is LLAN Asset, and the Bangkok brand LalaLove has a small shop inside. We have not been yet.
