Ceresia Coffee Roasters

Ceresia Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company owned by a Thai-Venezuelan family and operating in Bangkok since 2013; it sources green beans from single-origin farms and cooperatives worldwide, roasts in small batches every week and rotates its offer with the seasons. The cafe is known for carefully brewed filter coffee from those single origins, a balanced espresso and flat white, and slices of cake such as carrot cake, with staff who advise on beans for home brewing; it also runs cupping workshops, sells cones, filters and merchandise, and offers a subscription. The shop has moved from its long-time home opposite Fuji Supermarket on Sukhumvit 33/1 to a new location at 15/1 Sukhumvit Soi 41, still in the Phrom Phong area of Watthana district and about a 10-minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong. It opens every day including public holidays from 08:00 to 17:00, has Wi-Fi, and delivers through GrabFood and Line Man; drinks were under 100 baht when BK Magazine reviewed it in 2013.
