ChangChui Creative Park is an open-air creative market on Sirindhorn Road in Bang Phlat, on the Thonburi side of the river. Built largely from recycled materials, it mixes art installations, a gallery, indie and vintage shops, craft beer bars, restaurants, street food stalls and live music. Its centrepiece is a retired Lockheed TriStar airliner that now houses a fine-dining restaurant, which needs a reservation. The park lists hours of 11:00 to 23:00 daily, but most stalls only open in the late afternoon and the night market does not run on Mondays, so a Friday or Saturday evening is the best time to come. Entry is free; you pay only for food, drinks and shopping. There is no station at the door: take the MRT Blue Line to Sirindhorn or Bang Yi Khan, then a short taxi ride.

What visitors love

Good to know

It sits far from the centre with no station at the door, and in the daytime, on weekdays and on Mondays many stalls are shut.
