Chingcha Shabu is a self-service shabu buffet on the second floor of the Thung Khru Square (Garden Town) complex on Pracha Uthit Road in Thung Khru, in Bangkok's far south-west. Diners pay one price from 219 baht, which includes soft drinks and dessert, then pick raw ingredients from chilled trays: pork, chicken, beef, prawns, fish, squid, meatballs and vegetables, cooked at the table in clear, black or spicy broth on electric induction hobs. Fried snacks and rice dishes can be ordered by QR code. The hall is decorated in a playful Thai-Isan fair style, with a swing at its centre, and seats more than 150. There is no rail station nearby, so most guests drive and use the on-site parking. Open Monday to Friday 15:00 to midnight and weekends from 12:00. A budget-friendly spot for families and groups.
