City Complex is a six-storey wholesale shopping building on Phetchaburi Road in Pratunam, at the mouth of Soi Phetchaburi 21 and opposite Platinum Fashion Mall. It is filled with small stalls selling clothing, jeans, shoes, bags and accessories at wholesale prices, with single pieces usually costing a little more, and jeans are one of its specialities. Shoppers like the bargains, the friendly vendors and the calmer aisles compared with the crowded lanes outside, although parts of the building feel dated and some units stand empty. It is a daytime market: listings give roughly 07:00 to 17:30 or 09:00 to 18:00, and many stalls pack up by about 16:00, so come in the morning. Entry is free, and the Pratunam pier on Khlong Saen Saep is a short stroll away.
