Crystal Design Center, known as CDC, is a large open-air design and furniture complex on Pradit Manutham Road, the frontage road of the Ekkamai-Ramintra Expressway, in Bang Kapi. Its 24 low-rise buildings sit among walkways and landscaped gardens, with showrooms for major furniture and home decor brands alongside smaller design boutiques. Between the showrooms there are cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a pet park, and the center hosts exhibitions and design events such as programmes during Bangkok Design Week. Reviewers like the range of shops and the clean, spacious grounds, but no rail line is within walking distance, so you need a car or taxi, and some recent visitors find it quieter, with fewer shops, than it used to be. Most shops open daily from about 10:00 to 22:00, and entry is free.

It is far from any BTS or MRT station, so you really need a car or taxi, and recent visitors say it is quieter, with fewer shops, than before.
