Eathai is a Thai food hall of about 5,000 square metres on the LG floor of Central Embassy, the luxury mall on Ploenchit Road. It groups several zones: Krua 4 Pak, which serves dishes from all four regions of Thailand; a street-food section with seafood, vegetarian and halal stalls; Baan Kanom Thai and Wan Yen for traditional sweets and Thai-style ice cream; Moom Aroi with a rotating menu; and Little Chinatown for Thai-Chinese cooking. There is also a rice shop, a grocery, a cookbook and souvenir store and the historic Vejpong Pharmacy counter. Diners receive a scan card on entry, tap it at each stall and settle at the cashier on the way out; a 5 percent service charge applies. The hall is about a 5-minute walk from BTS Phloen Chit, with BTS Chit Lom also linked by skywalk. It opens daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Single dishes cost roughly 50 to 390 baht, and no reservation is needed.
