Elefin Coffee
394/1-2 Maharaj Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200
Daily 07:30-18:00

Elefin Coffee is a small Thai coffee roaster's cafe on Maharaj Road, directly opposite Wat Pho and steps from Tha Tien pier. It serves only 100 percent arabica beans from Chiang Rai, so most visitors come for a cappuccino, latte, cold brew or Thai iced tea, plus pastries, sandwiches, breakfast sets and simple Thai dishes such as pad thai and spring rolls. The air-conditioned room is bright and cosy, a handy stop before or after the temples or a canal boat ride. Payment is by card only. It opens daily from 07:30 to 18:00. MRT Sanam Chai and the Chao Phraya Express Boat at Tha Tien are a few minutes away on foot. Prices sit a little above local cafes, aimed at visitors.
