Experiment Cafe is a small specialty coffee and matcha cafe on Soi Chula 50 in the Sam Yan area. The room is minimal and white, with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light, and most visitors come to sit with a laptop or a book. The bar offers a choice of coffee beans, from a medium-roast house blend to lighter single origins, plus Japanese matcha in two grades for pure matcha or lattes. The lightly sweet house coconut cake is the snack people praise most. Parking is available in the project in front, with the first hour stamped by the cafe. It is a short walk from MRT Sam Yan via the Samyan Mitrtown exit and is open daily 07:00-16:00. Most visitors spend 100-250 baht.
