Happitat is a 200,000 square metre lifestyle and entertainment destination that opened on 21 August 2026 at the entrance of The Forestias on Bangna-Trat Road, in Bang Phli just outside Bangkok, about a 30 minute drive from the city centre. It was developed by Axtra, part of CP Group, with a masterplan by Foster + Partners and input from former Walt Disney Imagineers. The site is split into three zones: Bloominas for dining, wellness and lifestyle shops; Wonderwild for families, with creative workshops and a sky-high playground; and Festie Town, a semi-outdoor space for parades, performances and food. The three-storey Whimsical Market in Festie Town runs a short light and sound show several times a day. Other draws include the 385 square metre digital display on the Grand Stairs, the roughly 400-seat Lumis Theatre Hall, a rooftop pool, pickleball courts and a pet park. Shuttle buses run from Udom Suk and Si Iam stations.
