JJ Mall is a fully air-conditioned, seven-storey shopping complex on Kamphaeng Phet 2 Road, right behind Chatuchak Weekend Market. Its more than 1,200 shops and stalls sell much the same range as the outdoor market, from clothing and handicrafts to home decor, furniture, gadgets and souvenirs, with cheap massage booths and a food court, so many shoppers duck in to cool off between market loops. Unlike the weekend market it opens every day, from 10:00 to 20:00, and it hosts regional produce fairs on its promotion floor and concerts and fan events in JJ Hall on the 6th floor. MRT Kamphaeng Phet, MRT Chatuchak Park and BTS Mo Chit are all within walking distance, and there is multi-level parking. Entry is free and prices are budget level, though some stalls cost the same as city malls.

Shoppers value the cool escape from Chatuchak's heat and the cheap, varied stalls that open seven days a week.
Some find it hard to locate, and many stalls are no cheaper than ordinary downtown malls.
