Ko Boo Rossing is a long-running tom yum noodle shop in Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, set up as a roadside tent on Soi Seri Thai 7 Yaek 7, with a second way in from Soi Nawamin 8. Its signature is tom yum pork noodles seasoned with a salty roasted chili jam and topped with soft-boiled eggs that you break into the bowl, served as soup, dry or semi-dry, with wontons, pork balls, peanuts and bean sprouts. Regulars say they have been eating here for 10 to 20 years. It is known for almost round-the-clock hours: open from Tuesday morning straight through to late Sunday night, closed on Mondays. Bowls cost roughly 75 to 120 baht. Parking is on the roadside, and there is no rail station within walking distance.

Fans love the punchy chili-jam tom yum broth, the runny soft-boiled eggs and being able to eat here at almost any hour.
It is a basic roadside setup with hard-to-find street parking, and some long-time regulars feel the taste has shifted over the years.
