Kolun.h is a small noodle shop on Mahannop Road, a few minutes' walk from the Giant Swing in the old town, serving Hainanese-style rice noodles since 1997. It earned a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in the 2026 guide. The signature bowl comes either in a thick, rich gravy or in a clear broth, with braised pork, white radish and crispy pork belly. The other dish to know is a peppery goat meat soup with aromatic herbs, rare on Bangkok noodle menus. Prices are at street-food level and seating is simple. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 08:00 to 15:00, queues build at peak times and the crispy pork can run out, so come early.
