Maan Muang
165/7 Soi Saphan Sung 16, Saphan Sung, Bangkok 10240 (inside Sammakorn Village, off Ramkhamhaeng 112)
Daily 09:00-21:00

Maan Muang has served northern Thai food for about 30 years from a rustic Lanna-style wooden house inside Sammakorn Village, off Ramkhamhaeng Road in Saphan Sung, and has held a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand every year since 2022. The cooking follows traditional, seasonal recipes, and soups are made to order. The guide's highlight is a bamboo shoot soup with crab paste and pork ribs; regulars also order gaeng hung lay pork curry, sai ua sausage, the nam prik dips and khanom jeen nam ngiao. Every table gets fresh vegetables on the house, and there are air-conditioned and fan-cooled rooms. It opens daily from 09:00 to 21:00 and is best reached by taxi.
