Mama Dolores
20 Yen Akat Road, Thung Maha Mek, Sathon, Bangkok 10120
Daily 11:00-22:00

Mama Dolores is a long-running Mediterranean restaurant on leafy Yen Akat Road in the Sathon area. The menu mixes Israeli, Lebanese, Turkish, Greek and Italian dishes, built around a wood-fired oven that turns out fresh pita and pizzas, with hummus, falafel, kebab sets, grilled fish and salads among the favourites. Most guests sit outside in a large covered garden with big shared tables around the open kitchen, while an air-conditioned room in an old renovated house suits hotter days. It is popular with expats, families and groups. Expect roughly 500 to 1,000 baht per person. It opens daily from late morning until about 22:00, has a small car park, and takes reservations, which reviewers recommend for evenings.
