Mizuki Omakase & Bar is a sushi counter on the 4th floor of the SAM-ED building on Sukhumvit Soi 31, named after the Japanese image of the moon reflected on water. The room is styled around the moon and outer space, with a bar that serves cocktails before or without a meal. Set menus run from 10 to 20 courses, from about 2,999 baht up to 14,999 baht before tax and service. Reviewers praise very fresh seafood, especially the uni and toro, and attentive staff. Lunch is served from 12:00, dinner in rounds at 17:30 and 20:00, and the bar stays open until midnight; it is closed on Mondays. Booking is advised, and BTS Phrom Phong is about ten minutes away on foot.
Rating from public reviews
Each part combines public reviews from several sites (309 reviews). Not our own visit.
Visitors love the fresh, high quality fish, standout uni and toro, the friendly service and the unusual moon-themed room.
A few diners feel some pieces have thin slices or too much rice for the price, and the counter seats sit close together.
