Nahm
COMO Metropolitan Bangkok (ground floor), South Sathorn Road, Sathorn, Bangkok
Daily, dinner 18:00-22:00

Nahm is a contemporary Thai restaurant on the ground floor of the COMO Metropolitan Bangkok hotel in Sathorn, led by Bangkok-born chef Pim Techamuanvivit. It holds one Michelin star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Thailand, and the hotel describes it as consistently ranked among Asia's leading restaurants. The cooking is built on strong, robust flavours, with garlic, shrimp paste, chillies and lemongrass in curries, salads, relishes, soups and stir-fries that use traditional ingredients rarely seen in modern Thai kitchens; a house chilli jam made to the chef's grandmother's recipe has featured since opening, and a daily 'Heritage' degustation menu with optional wine pairing anchors the offer, alongside a vegetarian menu. Guests dine indoors, on a terrace over the hotel pool or in a private room. The hotel is about 7 minutes' walk from MRT Lumphini. Dinner is served daily 18:00-22:00; reservations run through OpenTable, and the eight-course Heritage menu is listed at 3,900 baht plus service and tax.
