1/2 Soi Attha Kawi 1, Sukhumvit 26, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110
Wed-Sun 11:00-16:30, Mon-Tue closed

No Name Noodle is a small Japanese-style ramen counter off Sukhumvit 26 in Khlong Tan, south of BTS Phrom Phong, with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in the 2026 guide. Its two signatures are a shio soba in clear, salt-seasoned broth and a shoyu tsuke soba, where the noodles come separately for dipping in a concentrated soy broth; each recipe uses more than 30 ingredients, and the seasonal bowls lean on a fermented blend of three soy sauces. There is also a clam and scallop shio soba and a wagyu rice bowl. Seats are limited and booking is needed. It opens Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 16:30.
