Paper Plane Project
40th Floor, T-One Building, 8 Sukhumvit 40 (Soi Hemwong), Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110
Daily 09:00-01:00 (some listings show closing at midnight)

Paper Plane Project sits on the 40th floor of the T-One Building on Sukhumvit Soi 40, in the Thonglor area near BTS Thong Lo, just below the Tichuca rooftop bar. It works as two places in one: by day a co-working cafe with long communal tables, plenty of sockets and Wi-Fi for paying customers, with no membership needed; after dark the lights dim and it becomes a bar with signature cocktails, DJs and sometimes live music. The menu covers coffee, pastas, rice dishes and bar food, and reviewers mention the truffle rigatoni, the pancetta carbonara and a crispy pork fried rice. Big windows give wide views over the city. Expect about 250 to 500 baht per person. It opens daily from 09:00 and runs until about 01:00.
Rating from public reviews
Each part combines public reviews from several sites (635 reviews). Not our own visit.
Visitors love the sky-high city views, the relaxed work-friendly setup by day and the lively music-bar mood at night.
It gets noisy with music and crowds heading up to the rooftop bar, so it is not ideal for focused work, and drinks such as bottled water are pricey.
