Park Lane
18 Soi Sukhumvit 61, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110 (second entrance on Ekkamai, Sukhumvit 63)
Daily 06:00-02:00 (most shops keep shorter hours)

Park Lane is a low-rise community mall in Ekkamai that runs between Sukhumvit Soi 61 and Soi 63, with shops spread over several connected buildings rather than one enclosed box. Locals and nearby office workers come for its Japanese-heavy food zone (ramen, yakiniku, sushi), the MaxValu supermarket, salons, clinics and cafes such as MiKA Bakehouse, known for its shio pan. NAWA, a modern Thai tasting-menu restaurant recognised by the Michelin Guide, sits on the first floor. It is about five minutes on foot from BTS Ekkamai, and a parking building on the Soi 61 side validates tickets with a purchase. The complex is listed as open daily from 06:00 to 02:00, though most shops keep shorter hours. Entry is free; spending ranges from casual ramen to fine dining.
Rating from public reviews
Each part combines public reviews from several sites (783 reviews). Not our own visit.
Visitors like the easy parking and the handy mix of Japanese restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and services a short walk from BTS Ekkamai.
The most common complaint is that the complex now looks dated and a little tired, even if it is kept clean.
