Plearnary Mall
242, 244, 246 Watcharaphon Road, Tha Raeng, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220
Daily 09:00-22:00

Plearnary Mall is a two-storey community mall at the start of Watcharaphon Road in Bang Khen, built around an amusement-park theme with a family of bear mascots placed throughout for photos. It opened in 2014 and holds around 300 shops: restaurant chains such as Bonchon and Shabushi, fashion, beauty and IT stores, tutoring schools, banks, a food court and a children's play zone, which makes it a weekend stop for local families rather than a tourist destination. Reviewers describe it as relaxed and uncrowded, a pleasant place for an easy stroll. It sits in Tha Raeng; MRT Pink Line Watcharaphon station is about 1 km away, so most visitors come by car and park out front. The mall is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00, entry is free, and prices are typical of a suburban mall.
Rating from public reviews
Each part combines public reviews from several sites (287 reviews). Not our own visit.
Families like the playful bear-themed decor, the calm, uncrowded walkways and the easy mix of chain restaurants and everyday shops.
It is far from rail lines, and drivers complain that traffic flow in the front car park is badly managed.
