Rasayana Retreat is a raw vegan cafe, detox centre and spa on Soi Prommitr, a quiet lane off Sukhumvit Soi 39, running since 2003. The cafe serves only uncooked plant-based food: zucchini noodles with spicy marinara, raw pizza on a flaxseed base, raw lasagna, salads, cold-pressed juices and wheatgrass, with desserts such as lemon tart and banoffee pie drawing particular praise. Tables sit indoors and in a shaded garden courtyard, and the retreat also runs juice and almond-milk classes alongside massages and detox programmes. It is open daily 09:00-18:00, although some older guides still list later hours. From BTS Phrom Phong, walk about 10 minutes up Soi 39 and turn right into Soi Prommitr. Food can also be ordered for delivery through GrabFood and LINE MAN.
