Ten Suns is a small braised beef noodle shop on Wisut Kasat Road in the old town, recognised with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Its broth is aromatic and mellow, with a gentle cinnamon note rather than heavy spice, and you choose your cut: cheek, tongue, tendon, shoulder or shank, or a mix of all of them. The dense, meaty beef balls served with extra broth are a regular order, and the dumplings filled with slow-cooked beef are worth a try too. Bowls cost about 100 to 160 baht, with a braised Kobe beef version at around 200 baht. It is a basic shophouse with five or six tables and fans, no air conditioning. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00 and is closed on Mondays.
