Train Night Market Ratchada
Behind Esplanade Ratchadaphisek, Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400
Daily 17:00-01:00

Train Night Market Ratchada, Talad Rot Fai Ratchada in Thai, is an evening market on the open plot behind Esplanade Ratchadaphisek in Din Daeng. First opened in 2015, it closed in July 2021 and reopened under its original name on 27 March 2026, after The One Ratchada left the site in 2025. One side holds fashion, cheap T-shirts, accessories and a retro section with secondhand clothes, old toys and homeware; the other is street food such as grilled seafood, moo ping, som tam and mala, with container bars and live bands at the back. It is open daily 17:00-01:00, entry is free, and MRT Thailand Cultural Centre Exit 3 is about a 5 minute walk.
Rating from public reviews
Each part combines public reviews from several sites (1,279 reviews). Not our own visit.
Visitors like how easy it is to reach by MRT, the cheap clothes and retro finds, plenty of street food and the lively bar strip with live music late into the night.
It is smaller than its famous photos suggest, with fewer stalls than the Srinakarin train market or nearby Jodd Fairs, and some nights feel quiet.
