Vietnamese and More is a small, long-running Vietnamese restaurant on Old Railway Road (Rimthang Rotfai Saipaknam), tucked just off Rama 4 Road beside the Rompo Mansion apartments in Khlong Toei. The kitchen turns out home-style Vietnamese food: banh mi on crisp baguettes with lemongrass pork, meatballs or shaking beef, beef pho, bun cha, vermicelli bowls, fresh and fried spring rolls and sizzling crepes, plus vegetarian dishes such as salt and pepper tofu. Most dishes on the current menu cost roughly 185 to 300 baht, and set meals with a roll, a small salad and a lemongrass drink are about 315 baht. The dining room holds only a handful of tables. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, and closes on Mondays.
