ViewDee Relax & Restaurant is a large open-air Thai restaurant on the eastern edge of Bangkok, set around a pond beside the Kanchanaphisek Road frontage next to Lake View Park village in Dok Mai, Prawet. Tables sit on decks and walkways over the water, there are private and karaoke rooms for groups, and a band plays on some evenings. The kitchen cooks Thai and seafood dishes: the grilled pork neck is the plate regulars recommend most, alongside young-coconut hor mok, blanched cockles, fried sea bass and tom yum. Most groups spend roughly 500 to 1,000 baht per person. It opens daily from 15:30 to 23:00. The restaurant lies a fair drive from central Bangkok and has a large car park.

Visitors love eating on the decks around the pond, especially toward sunset, with plenty of Thai seafood that comes out quickly and space for big family groups.
